About me

I get it�bringing someone in when you are hurting the most isn't an easy sell, particularly when you are used to keeping people out. Just like you, I've longed for those elusive 'answers,' trying to figure out the question, "what is wrong with me?" all on my own.

I'm here to tell you that there is nothing wrong with you. There never was. In our work together you can start getting closer your wholeness, that was just there waiting for you to notice, all along. It has just been covered with decades of mud and together we will excavate and you can begin to discover who you really are.

Hello there, curious soul! I'm Louise. Another fellow human, travelling on the path to truth and wholeness. My official title is counselling psychologist, but what I really do is spend time with people, creating safety for them to get close to their hearts, so that they can start to wake up to the life they truly want to live.
