About me
Mr Hemant Singhal is an established Consultant Breast and Oncoplastic Surgeon. He has substantial experience at treating the whole range of breast conditions from breast pain to complex reconstructions for advanced breast cancer.
Mr Singhal has been practicing since 1998 when he first took up his Consultant role at Northwick Park Hospital. He was Clinical Lead for North West London Hospitals Breast Service and Senior Lecturer at Imperial College. He trained in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology at The Royal Marsden Hospital, London, and St Georges’ Registrar rotation. He was a Fellow at Cornell University, New York and a Lecturer in Surgical Oncology at The University of Western Ontario. He completed his specialist training in Breast and Reconstructive Surgery, at the Cardiff Breast Unit.
His One Stop clinics continue to offer a multidisciplinary approach seeking to establish a firm diagnosis and personalising treatment plans. He remains passionate about breast conservation with an oncoplastic approach and screening for early diagnosis of breast cancer. He is an experienced surgeon with substantial experience at treating the whole range of breast conditions from breast pain to complex reconstructions for advanced breast cancer. He is often approached for second opinions and complex treatment planning.
Mr Singhal has lectured widely, is the author of a number of scientific papers and chapters on the evaluation and treatment of breast disease. He works with a multidisciplanary team to offer an early diagnosis and management of breast problems.
