About me
I am a dedicated Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with over 15 years of experience in psychological and clinical services within the NHS. I have been accredited as a CBT therapist since 2014 and furthermore I completed my training as an interpersonal therapist in 2019 as well as CBT for long term health conditions.
The main aim of my work is to empower my clients to take charge of their own recovery. I believe that therapy works best when a person identifies their own strengths and realise their own potential to overcome challenges.
