About me
People often feel unsure about starting therapy and it can feel like a big decision to make. I would suggest a one-off consultation to meet. This will allow us time to think together about whether you would consider working with me and how I might be able to support you in making changes to improve your situation.
Following my doctoral psychology training, I pursued substantial additional training and qualifications within other specialist therapies. As such, I am experienced in providing a number of different therapeutic approaches. This means I can tailor treatment to your individual needs and what you want to get from therapy. Making the decision to start therapy can be tough. I want you to feel comfortable working with me. I suggest you contact and we meet before you commit to weekly sessions.
