About me

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can talk openly and be heard. I work with individuals and couples, both face-to-face in my peaceful therapy room near Billingshurst, Horsham, Cranleigh and Petworth, or online across the UK and Europe. Whether you prefer video, phone, or sitting together in person, we'll find the way that feels right for you.

My background began with 20 years as a holistic therapist, and over time I felt drawn to work more deeply with people's emotional and inner worlds. I went on to train as a counsellor and am now accredited with both BACP and NCPS. I continue to expand my training so that I can offer you a truly integrative approach, shaped around what you need rather than a fixed method.

I often work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of a difficult childhood. Together we explore family patterns, old wounds, and the ways the past quietly shapes thoughts, feelings, and relationships today. My style is gentle and creative � sometimes words flow easily, and sometimes they don't, so I also offer non-verbal and imaginative ways of working when it's hard to express what you're feeling.

Therapy with me is about understanding yourself with compassion, recognising unhelpful patterns, and finding new, healthier ways forward. My aim is to help you make sense of what's happening inside, connect past and present, and move towards more clarity, freedom, and positive change.
