I trained as an integrative therapist, which gave me a wide variety of tools , approaches and skills . I feel this is very helpful to people, who come to see me because I can adapt sessions to fit each unique person , and their unique concerns and goals for their therapy sessions.
I also have an advanced certificate in couples counselling . My goal is to help individuals understand and communicate with their partners better , in order to help them be happier in their relationships.
