About me

An experienced Chartered Psychologist having worked in healthcare for many years, both within the NHS and in commissioned services for mental health, weight management, eating disorders, chronic pain and long-term health conditions. I use a range of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness. I have also completed training with the National Centre for Eating Disorders. I take a person-centred biopsychosocial approach, offering a safe space to explore what's happening, to make sense of why and help you to use tools and techniques to break the old habits and routines that are getting in the way of living the life you want to live.
