About me

I am a senior BABCP accredited CBT therapist and supervisor.
I am trained in EMDR.
I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
I have over 13 years experience working in the NHS settings, treating patients with moderate to severe mental health problems.
I am highly trained and experienced therapist working with different ranges of presentations, anxiety, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, psychosis and with an expertise and specialism in OCD. I have recently been involved in a research project focusing on OCD run by Cambridge University .
I am very passionate about providing compassionate evidence based care for all my patients.
