About me

I use integrative counselling with clients to help with specific issues such as relationships, bereavement and loss. This permits me to select from person-centred counselling, CBT or Transactional Analysis to use with the client, as appropriate. This approach helps the client to find answers for themselves.
I also use psychotherapy to more directly work issues such as anxiety, depression and stress by looking with the client at what causes and triggers there are to their issues, then we identify ways of dealing with them together, and devise a plan of treatment.
