About me

I am a trauma-informed therapist supporting adults and young people who are navigating anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, and the emotional effects of difficult or overwhelming past experiences. I aim to create a steady, compassionate space where clients feel safe and supported as they make sense of their struggles.

My work focuses on helping clients understand the impact of traumatic experiences on the nervous system and daily functioning. I support individuals in stabilisation, skills development, and processing of traumatic memories where appropriate. I also work with trauma presentations such as single-incident trauma, complex trauma, medical trauma, and the secondary effects of long-term health stressors.

Therapy is collaborative, paced, and tailored to the client's specific clinical needs and goals. Clients can expect a calm, grounded therapeutic environment.
