About me

It's a big decision to try counselling and you've taken the first step. I am an experienced senior accredited Counsellor with over 20 years experience of working with individuals face to face but also work online if preferred. I have a degree in counselling and a post- grad diploma in Attachment based therapy. I also have qualifications working with eating disorders and mindfulness and my practice is in Chelmsford, Essex.
