About me

It's a big decision to try counselling and you've taken the first step. I am an experienced senior accredited Counsellor with over 20 years experience of working with individuals face to face but also work online if preferred. I have a degree in counselling and a post- grad diploma in Attachment based therapy as well as significant training and qualifications working with Eating Disorders. In 2017 I qualified as a Mindfulness Compassion teacher and practitioner and, if appropriate, can incorporate this in my work with you.
I have worked with a leading mental health charity and within the NHS and believe our interpersonal relationships throughout our lifetimes impact on our lives and behaviours.
