My passion lies in perinatal mental health, focusing on the intricate dance of the parent-infant relationship. I aim to help parents?to navigate the complexities of parenthood.

I aim to offer compassion, kindness, curiosity, and a non-judgemental approach. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, empowering individuals to explore challenges, consider changes, and work towards their personal goals. I work with adults in the perinatal period. This ranges from difficulties with conception, pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I work with the whole family.

My approach is deeply personal, adapting to the unique needs of each individual. The journey starts with a comprehensive assessment, exploring strengths, difficulties, and personal history.
