If you are a young person or adult struggling with anxiety, depression or trauma, I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly and access the support you deserve. I believe in building a collaborative therapeutic relationship which supports a mutual understanding of your presenting concerns. You are the expert on yourself, my role is to help develop your knowledge of your experiences by using evidence-based strategies through CBT or EMDR to support beneficial change and reach your goals.
