About me

I am an experienced endocrine gynaecologist with over 10 years of practice within the NHS. I am an accredited subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), with advanced expertise in reproductive endocrinology and fertility care. I provide a comprehensive range of treatments, including management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), in-vitro fertilisation (IVF), intra-uterine insemination (IUI), donor egg and sperm conception, male infertility, and ovulation induction for anovulatory disorders.

I am also a certified British Menopause Society (BMS) Menopause Specialist, with a particular interest in complex menopause care. This includes managing menopause following cancer treatment, premenstrual syndrome, premature ovarian insufficiency, and early menopause.

Alongside my clinical work, I am an Associate Professor of Reproductive Medicine. My research focuses on evaluating novel and safe therapeutic approaches in women's health, with particular emphasis on fertility, PCOS, heavy menstrual bleeding, fibroids, and menopause management. My clinical and academic practice is driven by a strong commitment to advancing women's health, raising awareness, and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

I offer holistic fertility care to individuals and couples trying to conceive, supporting them from initial assessment through to pregnancy and beyond. My approach is centred on personalised care, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and empowered to make decisions about their treatment options.

I provide rapid-access, one-stop fertility assessment clinics, including advanced ultrasound techniques such as 3D infusion scans and HyCoSy tubal patency assessments. I am also an experienced endoscopic surgeon, with advanced expertise in both laparoscopic (keyhole) and hysteroscopic procedures.

Areas of interest

I have a specialist interest in reproductive and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. My expertise includes hysteroscopic management of endometrial polyps, uterine and vaginal septa, and intrauterine adhesions, as well as fallopian tube recanalisation. I also perform advanced laparoscopic (keyhole) procedures, including myomectomy for fibroids, ovarian cystectomy, and the surgical treatment of endometriosis.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have a strong academic and research portfolio as an Associate Professor of Reproductive Medicine. My work focuses on advancing understanding and treatment of endocrine gynaecological disorders, with particular emphasis on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), innovations in IVF technologies, and the optimisation of fertility outcomes. I am actively involved in evaluating novel therapeutics and emerging treatment strategies, with the aim of translating research into safe, effective, and personalised care for patients.
