About me

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist, having delivered psychological assessment and therapy to those with mental health difficulties since 2010. I work with adults as well as children, adolescents and their families, and provide therapy across the age span. I have worked across a broad spectrum of NHS Mental Health services, including within clinical leadership roles.

Although I specialise in working with anxiety (including stress, OCD, phobias, social anxiety and generalised anxiety), I also offer psychological support around low self esteem, low mood, and trauma, as well as supporting those affected by difficult life events, such as bereavement, bullying, parental separation, and exam stress. I work with parents to empower them to support their childrens psychological wellbeing and manage any emotional or behavioural difficulties that arise. I also work with paediatric populations around coping with physical health difficulties and chronic pain. I am skilled at supporting those with Autism Spectrum Condition and ADHD.

I use an integrative approach in my therapeutic work, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-based and Compassion-based Approaches. This allows me to tailor all interventions to meet your individual needs and goals. In all my work, my priority is to provide a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space within which you can feel secure to explore your experiences, develop a better understanding of the difficulties, build skills and work collaboratively with me to move towards goals and the things that you or your family most value in life.
