About me

I am a Registered BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist who has been providing psychological therapies since qualifying in 2008. I hold a passion for supporting clients in reaching goals for improving their mood with a special interest in supporting those navigating fertility difficulties, pregnancy and motherhood. I have spent most of my career working within the NHS with adults suffering with mental health difficulties and take pride in offering a warm, engaging and supportive therapeutic environment.

I am a member of the BABCP Special Interest Groups for clinical supervision, perinatal mental health and Compassion Focussed Therapy. I have completed continuous professional development (CPD) in long term conditions (LTC) and her MSc dissertation was on the impact of LTC's on individuals' mental health.

'Thank you for making me feel normal again. You're brilliant at your job'

'I will never be able to properly thank you enough for what you have done for me. When I had my first CBT session I had no belief that I could be anything other than a shadow of who I once was. You have given me the confidence to believe that in time, everything will be ok'
