About me

Dr Nina Page (PhD, CPsychol) is a Counselling Psychologist registered with HCPC and BPS.

Ninas clinical experience includes working in the NHS within specialist services dedicated to the treatment of those who struggle with personality disorders and eating disorders, together with a hospital setting supporting parents and babies.

Nina has a particular interest in a sense of identity and helping clients to build a more coherent and stable experience of self. Improvement in self functioning is often closely linked with better quality of relationships with others and a decrease in symptoms like anxiety, depression, and problematic eating.

Nina uses a range of therapeutic approaches: MBT (Mentalization Based Treatment), TFP (Transference Focused Psychotherapy), CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy). She also has comprehensive experience in delivering specialist therapies for eating disorders including CBT-E, MBT-ED, and Focal Psychodynamic Therapy.
