About me

My dynamic approach to counselling is based on an understanding of multi-layered therapies and professional integrity which I�m glad to say earned me an: MBACP (Accredited) with the BACP. I am now bound to offer professionalism in all I do.

I promise to do my very best to improve your quality of life and help you move forward. My aim is to help people face their challenges by providing a practical Brief Counselling Service.

I have two easily accessible locations plus an online counselling service to offer convenience and flexibility to suit you.

Areas of interest

I work in areas of stress and anxiety, this is a wide area including Panic Attacks, low confidence, sleeplessness, social phobia, loneliness, depression and many more.

I also work with Relational difficulties, dealing with difficult people and making hard decisions.

As I am Epileptic myself I have learned to manage stresses (both physical & mental) and continue to enjoy a fulfilling life.
