I am a counsellor who believes in being able to help people by being understanding and warm, helping you to talk about your problems in a comfortable environment and using the best approach for you to be able to get through your issues and deal with your pain.
I can work longer-term but also have a lot of experience in time-limited solution focussed therapy and so can offer understanding and clarity as well as more practical tips to help you.
