About me

I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field. I started off working as a mental health nurse before training in cognitive behaviour therapy and then EMDR before finally training as a psychologist.

I am from Manchester originally but now live in mid Wales where I live with my family. I have two dachshunds and two cats, and I also have a passion for carnivorous plants.
