I�m experienced in getting into the weeds of people�s problems and working to untangle these struggles. I�m professionally trained to work across the main psychological approaches of therapy and I always start by understanding where we can create a bespoke approach that is going to specifically benefit you.

I passionately believe that you should feel comfortable with your therapist and be able to share what you need in order to work through any difficulties. Twists, knocks, and roadblocks are an inevitable part of life and most people I work with want to work through longstanding struggles that seem to be holding them back from getting the most out of life. I often work on feelings of stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem that are pervasive across daily living, relationships, and work.
