I have over 20 years of experience within mental health settings in the NHS and private settings. I believe therapy is about building a non-judgemental and trusting relationship, where we can work together to make sense of your mental health symptoms and find ways to develop more awareness and ways to cope. Finding the right psychological approach is key to the smooth running of this process. Therefore, I utilise a range of psychological approaches that I adapt to suit your needs.
