About me
I am an experienced and accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Associate Practitioner at the Brighton Therapy Centre.
I provide Integrative Psychotherapy which draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including Relational Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Offering therapy that is tailored to the needs of each client is central to my approach. Psychological research and neuroscience inform my integrative approach and understanding of what works in therapy.
I have a MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute and a MA in Counselling Psychology. I am an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
I am experienced working with clients in the UK and internationally. I have worked with the Survivors Network (the Rape Crisis Centre for Sussex), Thinking Well (NHS/Southdown Tier 3 Personality Disorder service), on NHS Primary Care Network contracts, with Relate and in private practice.
