About me

I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience working in NHS and private mental health services. Creating a warm, non-judgemental space is at the heart of my work a place where people feel genuinely heard, understood and supported to make meaningful, lasting changes. I'm especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and making sure therapy feels accessible, flexible and truly personalised.

My core therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I find that drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies allows me to tailor sessions to each person's unique needs. I've completed further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. When working with children and young people, I like to bring creativity into the room, helping therapy feel engaging, collaborative and genuinely useful.
