About me

Maria Malster

I am a BACP accredited therapist offering counselling working with adults and adolescents. I work in a genuine and warm approach, with our relationship at the core of the work we do together. I am passionate about supporting other people through difficult times in their lives and I am a warm, caring, and empathic person who can offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where together we can explore difficulties worrying you and we can decide on short, medium, or long-term counselling. Together, in a secure, impartial, and non-judgmental space, we can use various approaches tailored to your situation to help guide you towards a positive and successful outcome.

I have 6 years of experience working with adults and adolescents and specialise in working with sexual trauma and psychosexual issues after gaining a level 5 COSRT Accredited Certificate in psychosexual Therapy. I have worked with many individuals and supported them to understand any distress that they may experience with sex and the impact on themselves and their relationship.
