My name is Sarah Gascoyne, I am a UKCP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and have a Master Practitioner Certificate in Eating Disorders & Obesity registered with the National Centre for Eating Disorders.

Whatever your personal difficulty, challenge or struggle I can help you to gain insight and understanding. Drawing upon different theories from different evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches I can help and support you to find ways of coping with, and working through these difficulties, challenges or struggles, enabling you to move forward in a positive and healthy way.

I offer a discreet, confidential, neutral and supportive space creating an environment that will help you to feel safe and secure providing a warm, empathic, non judgmental approach working collaboratively with you throughout our work together.
