About me
A warm welcome from me to you. I am Sarah, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
Every person is unique, with their own life story, perspective, and personal values. Because therapy is a deeply personal journey, my role is to meet you exactly where you are. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, within a therapeutic relationship grounded in mutual trust, respect, and understanding. Whether you are navigating a sudden life crisis, managing long-term difficulties, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next step, I am here to support you.
I believe we are deeply shaped by our connections with others, and our earliest relationships often guide how we come to understand ourselves and the world around us. While I work with whatever you choose to bring into the room, I often look at where those challenges began. Sometimes our difficulties stem from early roots where our emotional needs were not met, and other times they are born from the immediate pressures of daily life. Whichever it is for you, our therapeutic relationship can become a place of gentle repair and healing.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey centered entirely on you. Our sessions offer a flexible, pressure-free space where you can show up exactly as you are each week. Whether you need to talk freely and vent, or require gentle, grounding direction, we will check in regularly to navigate those shifts together. I adapt my support to meet your needs in the moment, ensuring our time together remains a safe, reliable anchor where you always feel heard.
As a UKCP-registered Integrative psychotherapist, a member of the National Centre for Eating Disorders, and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) I bring professional expertise to our sessions. I am also a certified online and telephone counsellor, offering flexible support over remote channels.
