About me

I have fourteen years post qualifying experience of working, both in a community and a hospital based setting.
I am also an accredited and registered member of the BACP.
I offer both short term solution focused therapy or longer in-depth counselling, depending on the needs of the client.
I draw upon a range of Modalities that best fit my client and use appropriate techniques that support this way of working that are proven to work.
As a counsellor, I provide a supportive and non judgemental space for clients who wish to explore and address their concerns.
It is also a place where you can create positive change, which allows you live a more meaningful and enjoyable life - the life you were meant to live!
