About me

Hi, I'm Emily! I am an experienced Dietitian based in London, but also see patients across the UK via video consultation. Food is medicine and I am passionate about helping my patients navigate the complex world of nutrition. I coach patients towards their wellness goals, such as weight loss, and provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for those with a medical condition.

I work in several areas but, to give you a flavour of my specialities, I help with gut health conditions, like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and food intolerances. I have experience in specialist diets, like the Low FODMAP Diet but will help to assess the right approach for you. Other digestive conditions can can be supported with diet include; coeliac disease, SIBO, and Crohn's.

I am a big advocate for the role of nutrition in gynaecological and hormonal conditions, like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and fertility problems, and help patients who may be having surgery.
