My name is Vanessa and I provide individual therapy for mental health difficulties, I also have vast experience of working with individuals who are neurodiverse. My therapy style uses a mix of different therapies that I adapt to your needs and goals. This includes: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic informed Therapy (CAT), flash technique (trauma), EMDR, and other person-centred approaches.

?I offer one-to-one therapy sessions either online (or in premises in York) to help you explore and improve your mental health and wellbeing. I am a HCPC registered clinical psychologist with training in different therapies, which I can tailor to you needs and difficulties.
