About me

Experienced Person-Centred Counsellor (MNCS ProfAccred) and Supervisor providing one to one counselling sessions for adults and teens. Face to face, online and telephone appointments available. Based in Crewe, Cheshire.

Counselling provides a confidential space where you can talk freely and openly without fear or defences. In working together, we can make sense of your past and present helping you to move forward with clarity and new insights towards a positive outcome. Counselling can help you explore your worries objectively and can help build self-acceptance, self-esteem and confidence.
