About me

I am an HCPC registered, BPS-Chartered Counselling Psychologist specialising in helping younger professionals (20-45 years old) identify and process stuckness, burnout, responsibility, transitions, identity and diversity issues.

My aim is to help you examine and address your difficulties methodically, in depth, and without fear or shame. I favour an approach that focuses on the core of one's difficulties and aims for enduring change, not just temporary symptom reduction.

You may be going through burnout, relational problems, a lack of drive, anxiety, stress, feelings of failure, guilt or shame, loneliness, loss, or have been a victim of injustice, discrimination, trauma or abuse. You may want to better understand and change repeating situations, or to find more acceptance and peace with loss. Each of us deals with unique difficulties and I offer an approach that adapts to your individual experience.

My approach is integrative (psychoanalytic and CBT). We can identify goals for change or adopt an exploratory approach.

I have had the privilege of working with individuals from very different walks in life, with acute or with chronic mental health difficulties. I also have clinical management experience which allows me to think more systemically around clinical treatment.
