About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist and my approach to therapy is integrative. Coming from South Africa, I understand diversity, multi-cultural environments and the range of difficulties living in a cosmopolitan hub can bring. This allows me to customise therapy, creating a bespoke treatment plan for each individual with their own set of unique circumstances.

I have worked extensively with adults and undergraduate students, including individuals who identify as neurodiverse. I aim to provide an empathic, non-judgemental, supportive and inclusive space, where clients feel safe enough to open up about their various issues, in a trusting environment.

While therapy helps clients to process trauma and understand difficult or painful thoughts and feelings, I also believe through individual therapy one can spend the necessary time identifying and understanding strengths, resources and coping mechanisms.

I understand the internal and external pressures people can experience, as well as the pressures and stressors people feel in a fast-paced city like London all of which can lead to unhelpful or damaging coping strategies. Together we would work towards identifying healthier ways of managing difficult emotions and empower you to overcome the stress of life.
