About me

I am an Accredited Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have run my Private Practice for 16 years
I work with Adults, Teens and Couples covering a wide range of issues of issues.
Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Issues, sexuality, ADHD/ASD, Abuse, Burnout, Separation, Divorce, Stress etc
I work frequently within the LGBT Community,
I work Face to Face, Remotely Online or Telephone. I am also insured to offer Outdoors Counselling sessions for walk and talk.

Your first appointment is where we can get to know each other, and identify the main issues you want to address. This first session can be daunting, the majority of my clients feel anxious before coming to that first session and� that is such a normal response. I would be surprised at anyone who would not feel anxious before coming to meet a stranger to talk about in depth personal issues you may not have ever shared with another human being.

I believe in getting to the root cause of issues. Dealing with symptoms has its place, but i feel unless we get to the root cause, you will never get to work out why you keep being triggered by certain situations or people.

I believe in psycho-education for my clients so they learn why they have the issues they do and their reasons for responding to them in the way they are.
