About me

I am an Accredited Therapist and Counselling Supervisor. I have run my Private Practice for 17 years
I work with Adults, Teens and Couples covering a wide range of issues including the following,
Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Attachment Issues, Relationship Issues, Sexuality, ADHD/Autism, Abuse, Burnout, Separation, Divorce, Stress etc
I work frequently within the LGBT Community,
I work Face to Face or Remotely Online.

Your first appointment is where we get to know each other, and identify the main issues you want to address. This first session can be daunting, the majority of my clients feel anxious before coming to that first session and� that is such a normal response

I believe in getting to the root cause of issues. Dealing with symptoms has its place, but i feel unless we get to the root cause, you will never get to work out why you keep being triggered by certain situations or people.

I believe in psycho-education for my clients so they learn why they are responding to people or their environment in the way that they are.
