About me
I am a warm, approachable, experienced accredited BACP Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor, supporting adults of all ages, couples and young people.
I offer online or telephone counselling and hold a certificate to ensure that I am compliant.
Throughout my years of counselling, I find most of my experience comes with bereavement, loss and trauma.
Life can throw some extremely painful situations our way. It can sometimes be so overwhelming and chaotic. I offer a safe, uninterrupted space and have a gentle approach that puts most people at ease very quickly.
I have worked in a variety of different settings, hospital, hospice, bereavement/trauma charities, private practice and counselling agencies.
I have also managed teams working with illness and death supporting clients through many difficult life events, the death of a child or baby. Pregnancy loss and working with a pregnancy after loss.
Anticipated bereavement and illness. Trauma related incidents, suicide, all bereavement and loss.
Equally, if you are feeling at a cross roads in your life with FUD, (fear uncertainty and dread) Having relationship problems, work issues and any stress related situations. I would be most happy to work with you.
