About Me
I am a qualified BACP Accredited & Registered Person Centred Counsellor, and CPCAB qualified Clinical/Therapeutic Counselling Supervisor, working with individuals from different cultures, backgrounds different beliefs and values and different needs. I maintain professional standards at all times in accordance to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for Good Practice and ensure my compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

I strive to provide and maintain a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, offering a professional service. My aim is the be attentive to understanding your issues struggles and challenges, to help build new awareness and gain more clarity and understanding of both your internal and external worlds.

It is beneficial to those who have a strong urge to explore themselves and their feelings, and for those who want to address specific psychological habits or patterns of thinking and behaviour. Provides useful tools that are effective in treating and understanding own specific problems such as depression, anxiety, stress and grief/bereavement, or other mental health concerns. It can help people to reconnect with their inner self in order to transcend any limitations. It enables gaining control of your self again, a greater sense of personal resources, become confident and Independent in solving your own problems, becoming more aware of your own process, and learn to declutter your destructive thoughts, and replace with reframed, rationale thought process.

My aim is to offer you a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore your struggles, challenges, frustrations, thoughts, feelings and behaviours in more depth and more awareness, to work towards having a better understanding of the impact of past and current challenges. Exploring in more depth and from different angles, enabling you to process and help you work towards the following; find your sense of self, sense of direction, find your balance and self-control, become less confused, more sense of clarity and understanding, explore insecurities, worries and fears, working towards trusting more in your decisions, identify behaviours and vicious cycles, feel less overwhelmed, help build confidence levels, self-esteem and self-worth, manage social anxiety, manage relationship issues, better time management, manage more realistic expectation, reduce stress and pressure, manage difficult relationships/ friendships, work towards more acceptance, manage symptoms associated with depression and anxiety, reconnect with yourself again, being true to yourself, manage self-care, generally working towards improving emotional-wellbeing and facilitate you standing on your own two feet.
