About me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with extensive and varied experience working in the NHS, the voluntary sector, and my private practice.
I hold UKCP registration, am a registered member of BACP, and am a member of BAATN, the Black, African, and Asian Therapy Network.
My counselling training drew upon different therapy approaches, allowing me to employ the most significant and appropriate features. I offer integrative and intercultural psychotherapy/counselling. I consider the uniqueness of each client's individuality and diversity.
Human life can be full of challenges, which often seem difficult to understand and manage alone. However, each one of us deserves and has the potential to achieve a happy life.
In my counselling practice, I can support you in your journey to stimulate change by improving the quality of your life through exploring and gaining self-awareness, feeling empowered to make healthier choices, developing insights about your life and developing coping strategies to manage distress.
