About me

I am a therapist with many years of experience including over a decade of NHS experience. I have worked with employment support agencies, charities, NHS IAPT services as well as having a private practise.
I offer a holistic and individually tailored therapy for all.
My specialty is working with depression. I provide treatment via a structured approach using interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) or a more open style of psychotherapeutic counselling tailored to your specific needs.
