About me

I am a psychodynamic counsellor and EMDR therapist based in Kings Hill.

I have worked, over several years, with adults and young people in private practice as well as formal settings such as organisations and schools. I work in an integrative way pooling knowledge from multiple trainings to offer a tailored solution to my clients. I have a lot of experience working with trauma both single incident and complex trauma.

I work with clients to understand the roots of what brings them to therapy and we use various tools to work through these challenges.
