About me

I am a highly experienced Psychologist and have worked in many areas, schools and homes across Wales and the UK during my career. During this time I have trained in and used a wide range of therapuetic techniques to help make a real difference in the lives of children, families and teachers I have worked with. I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner and specialise in helping people with PTSD, fear, anxiety, anger or panic to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

I provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy On Line and I also offer VIG (Video Interaction Guidance) On Line, that uses video clips of real life situations to enhance communication within relationships between children and parents/children.

I use a variety of web programs including Zoom and Bilateral Base to provide On Line Therapy directly in your own home or base. Please get in touch to arrange a free no obligation consultation On Line so we can discuss any problems and design a treatment plan to best meet your needs.
