I am an experienced and fully qualified Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I have over 8 years experience within the NHS and private sector, both as a therapist and managerial lead.
I am really passionate about supporting those who experience mental health difficulties and I believe it is important for clients to feel comfortable, safe and be at the centre of their therapy. With my approach, I have demonstrated excellent recovery results.
