About me

Suffering from depression and anxiety can be difficult and impact various areas of our day to day life. Sometimes we can be left wondering how to cope with these moods, make a change or move forward. If you can relate to this, I am here to help you.
I am an experienced and fully qualified Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I have over 8 years� experience within the NHS and private sector, both as a therapist and managerial lead.
I am really passionate about supporting those who experience mental health difficulties and I believe it is important for clients to feel comfortable, safe and be at the centre of their therapy. With my approach, I have demonstrated excellent recovery results.
