About me
I have over 15 years experience of supporting individuals who struggle with managing mental health and wellbeing. I am able to provisionally diagnose and treat individuals using a range of approaches, all with a strong evidence base to support their use in relieving distress however, I aim to treat the person as an individual, adopting an integrative approach to suit their needs.
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, also a qualified Practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitisation reprocessing Therapy, Trained by an Accredited European Training Provider. I also incorporate a range of alternative therapies (CFT & ACT) into my practice.
It can feel daunting and uncertain when reaching out for help but my aim is to build trust and offer a safe space to support you in your journey to self-fulfilment.
