About me
I trained at CCPE (centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education) London in Transpersonal Psychotherapy. Transpersonal Psychotherapy takes the holistic view that human beings are a combination of mind/body/spirit. I hold a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Couples Counselling and an MA in Transpersonal Child, Adolescent and Family Therapy. I work as an Integrative Therapist from a Transpersonal overview. I work with adults, couples and adolescents with a variety of presentations. I have worked many years for various EAP and insurance companies providing Brief Solution Focussed Therapy and time limited therapy as well as providing longer term therapy in my private practise. Whilst not a dedicated CBT practitioner I have many CBT skills and work with them as appropriate.
