About me
I am an experienced integrative therapist with a dynamic, solution-focused approach, working with both individuals and couples.
My Practice has been established for over twenty years, helping people with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood sexual abuse), work-related stress and lack of confidence.
I try to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and needs, offering morning, afternoon and evening appointments Monday to Friday. I'm happy to work in the way that's most convenient for you, whether that is face-to-face, via Zoom or, if preferred, telephone.
