About me

Hello and welcome to my page. Have you ever felt like your mind is a ball of string that needs help to untangle? Maybe you are in a time in your life where you would benefit from a pause button, or a single moment to just be...I understand the first step is the hardest and most challenging when seeing a counsellor. I want to bring a sense of safety, warmth and trust. To provide a space where any word, emotion or feeling is welcome. I allow the client to experience the power of being truly listened too, where they are in control and are heard. This is your time, your space.

Areas of interest

I work with childhood trauma,
The unconscious , subconscious and conscious mind and body.
I also work with a connections model, this allows me to see the whole person as an individual, however made up of different parts of self, these include the mind, body, soul and emotion.
Sometimes these parts can take control and start to become in conflict. Finding the disconnection of parts and making them whole again and working together can bring a better sense of well- being .
