About me

Hi, My name's Kez and I'm an experienced Clinical Psychologist specialising in Adult Mental Health and I have over 10 years of experience working across a range of settings, including the NHS and private-sector services with adults from many walks of life.

I offer face-to-face therapy in Hertford (Hertfordshire), or Online sessions for UK-wide clients.

I understand that everyone's journey through therapy is very unique and it can mean different things to different people. You may be coming to find tools and skills to help you manage and overcome life�s hurdles. Alternatively, you may be looking for a safe space to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, or process experiences from the past or present that continue to play on your mind.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of therapy and my approach is not to see you through a diagnostic label or to offer a manualised treatment. I am dedicated to being collaborative, non-judgmental and I will carefully listen to your hopes for therapy and tailor the sessions to fit your needs.

I use an integrative approach in my work, drawing upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic models. I have a special interest in attachment-based models.
