About me

I believe that the most important thing we can do is to understand ourselves, how we feel and act. Changing the patterns of behaviour that we may have been stuck in for many years is a very powerful thing.

I am lucky enough to work doing what I love the most, helping others to improve their life and their mood. I am dedicated to supporting my clients and giving you the tools you need in life. I work with the whole person, our minds are just as important as our bodies and we need to work on emotional and mental resilience to allow us to bounce back when life happens.

I am experienced in working with a wide range of problems including anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, health anxiety, social anxiety, worry, low mood, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and body image problems. I have experience working with more complex problems such as bipolar disorder and personality disorders. I am very interested in working with hoarding disorder and have good outcomes in the past.

I have worked in the NHS for ten years over a variety of settings, with those with mild mental health difficulties to those who have more complex needs in the Community Mental Health teams. I also work across the private sector for those referred by occupational health or for work through insurance companies.
