About me
I am a UKCP and HCPC accredited psychotherapist working with children over 8, adolescents, and adults. For 14 years I have worked in NHS settings, for counselling charities, in schools and in private practice. I offer talking therapy and arts psychotherapy. Arts psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses the creative process and different art forms to help explore thoughts and feelings. Being creative and making things can help to understand feelings and experiences especially when words are hard to find. Anyone can make art that means something and no one has to be 'good' at it.
