Hi! I�m Christina & I am an accredited Counsellor (NCS) with 10 years experience of working in private practice in Cheshire & Online

I am passionate about my work and It�s very rewarding to see the positive impact that therapy has for my clients in their lives & relationships.
I know it can be really tough to pick a therapist so please do email me with any questions you have

I have counselled many Clients with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, ADHD support, low self-esteem, depression, family issues, addiction, stress, abuse, infidelity, poor communication, sexuality, bereavement and loss.

The majority of my work is now online and it�s been great to see so many clients benefiting from the convenience of having sessions from a location that suits them. This may be your home, car, office or wherever you can find a private space. I do also have face to face sessions if required.

I haven't encountered a situation where a client has reported that Counselling has not been beneficial for them

I offer flexibility on session booking so that you can vary session times on an ad hoc basis or book a regular session time if that works better for you.

Sessions are available between 10am and 10pm Monday to Friday
